![]() Yoga 121 QuestionsWhat is the advantage of a Yoga One-to-One?Yoga One-to-Ones take into account the needs of the individual. Personalising yoga in this way allows the practise to be based around your physical, emotional and mental needs, allowing a holistic approach to your yoga. Add to this an approach that is flexible enough to fit in around your arrangements, and you have the opportunity to get the very best out of your time. How long does a Yoga One-to-One last? The personalised yoga session lasts for an hour. Your needs are observed and discussed, and a bespoke routine is created specially for you, with the aim of bringing sustainable benefit to your life, in a controlled, measured and achievable way. This approach is very much the yoga of the individual - a way that gives you the best chance over the longer term of achieving steady improvement. Subsequent sessions will review your progress, listening and together discussing any adjustments to fine tune your routine. These sessions allow examination of areas of difficulty, so that you can be personally guided towards your goals. How much does a Yoga One-to-One cost? The consultation is £45.00. Working with a one to one KHYF tutor is a previledged way of practicing yoga, commitment and consistent practice is essential to bringing about healing and change. A course of six sessions is £180.00 in advance and non-returnable. When can I book a Yoga session with Penelope?Yoga One-to-Ones are available on week days and Thursday evenings.
